About the Commons
Valverde Commons’ twenty-eight home sites will be clustered around almost four acres of green space with full-on views of Taos Mountain. Each home-which may vary from around 800 square feet to 3000- will be owner designed within guidelines of sustainability such as energy efficiency, passive solar construction and orientation and water catchment systems. Lot sizes (just under 1/5 of an acre) have been created to maximize common green space. Homes will have city utilities as well as amenities exclusive to Valverde Commons including a community house, barn and workshop. All homes have easy access to the adjoining 10-acre park.
