Sunset Park
Sunset Park, ten acres of open space adjacent to Valverde Commons cohousing community, is held in a conservation easement by the Taos Land Trust for use by Taos residents. Sunset Park opens at sunrise and gates close one hour after sunset. Please be respectful so it remains a safe and enjoyable space for all who enjoy the park.
The Town of Taos animal control laws are enforced at Sunset Park. For everyone’s safety, all dogs must be on a leash and under control. Please pick up pet waste and take with you as you leave the park (please, do not dispose of animal waste in adjacent homeowner’s garbage bins).
Valverde Commons Homeowners Association supports the maintenance and fiscal well-being of Sunset Park.
