I love having a community I can count on if I need help with my mom!

We like living in Valverde Commons because we share resources, enjoy times together, and have easy access to Taos Plaza.

We love living in the Commons, and the sense of community and connection is important to us. 

Having lived in Valverde Commons since 2015, I can appreciate the benefits of CoHousing and enjoy the network of active, interesting neighbors.

When I was reading the CCR's and the By-laws, the point when I thought I am in, was when it was stated that decisions were made by majority rule, not consensus.

I like living here because of the nice people and the beautiful mountain!

So much to love living close to a bit of nature, close to a lot of wonderful neighbors, and close to our little town.

Opportunities to develop friendships, easy access to the natural environment, and different daily sky/weather views are a few of the many rewards from our move to Valverde Commons.

We enjoy exploring this beautiful area of New Mexico, and we treasure the friendships and closeness of neighbors that Valverde Commons inspires.

We enjoy the people and the sense of community at the Commons, working together to shape this into a unique and wonderful place to live.

We were enchanted by the chance to own this remarkable and unique home and to join a welcoming community.

It's a joy to walk around this beautiful landscape, stopping to chat with neighbors along the way.

We may not have it all together, but together we have it all.

When I first looked into moving to Taos the two things I wanted were views and community. Valverde Commons fulfilled both those wishes beyond what my imagination could have created on its own!
